As a survivor of a serious car collision in 1986 I realised nutrition was going to be part of my recovery plan. Now, years later in 2015, that is an abiding interest expressed under the general heading of men's health. My mission with this site is to create a nutrition-focused blog of high interest to men, and the women who want to support them!! There is a parallel intention to develop this site into a marketing portal.
