Succinct and too the point, for muscle gain and fat loss. Darin acknowledges things may not be easy, but they are do-able. Remembering that you are the result of what you eat, what you think and how you exercise, there are two hints:
• Small meals often. You must eventually work up to 5-6 small meals per day; about every 3-4 hours
• Macro-nutrient Profile. Every meal you eat should contain protein and carbs combined together.
As a survivor of a serious car collision in 1986 I realised nutrition was going to be part of my recovery plan. Now, years later in 2015, that is an abiding interest expressed under the general heading of men’s health. My mission with this site is to create a nutrition-focused blog of high interest to men, and the women who want to support them!! There is a parallel intention to develop this site into a marketing portal.
