Sage Canaday at his most candid is very refreshing to hear, in response to requests from his blog fan base. His recovery snacks. His lunch, afternoon snack, his dinner… and a serious undertone as he gets into it.
After the actual physical training, nutrition is the next most important aspect for him of his daily routine, yet he acknowledges that he is not too scientific and also makes choices based on pleasure only. He does not pretend to know everything and happily reads off the waffle packet’s label for the for our information!
He prefers the vegan lifestyle. However, if you are eating meat then everything here can be adapted to that without any difficulty.
He avoids counting calories or weighing himself. He notes that if you are weighing yourself regularly to track progress it is important to take take into account the water weight fluctuations that occur during the day as he drinks or loses water during training. He pays attention to how he feels.
So what are the remaining important aspects to his training? Sleeping well and relaxing. Go to it!

Now, years later in 2015, that is an abiding interest expressed under the general heading of men’s health.
